Get to know the owners....

Grant is a part time care provider for individuals with special needs at C.L.A.S. He also is a professional stongman holding many titles including 8 time Atlantic Canada's Strongest Man. He is a world champion power lifter, and enjoys all aspects of strength and conditioning training. Grant's favorite two people to train is his children.

Crystal has many things on the go but her main career, other than this business; is as a full time medical secretary at Windsor Collaborative Practice. She also works part time for her dad who owns his own forestry company. Crystal is very athletic and when she is not working or spending time with their two wonderful children she enjoys bodybuilding and strength training.
